How to Cancel and Reactivate Your From Studio to Stage Membership

Canceling Your Membership

  1. Accessing Your Dashboard: To begin the cancellation process, log in to your From Studio to Stage account. Once logged in, locate the upper right-hand corner of the website, where you'll see your profile image. Click on it and select "Dashboard."
  2. Navigating to Purchases: After accessing your Dashboard, click on the "Purchases" tab. Alternatively, you can directly visit the page by going to https://fromstudiotostage.com/account/purchases.
  3. Locate Your Membership: On the Purchases page, you will find a list of any purchases you have made, including your membership. If you have an active subscription, it will be displayed here.
  4. Initiating the Cancellation: To proceed with the cancellation, click on the "Cancel Membership" option next to your active subscription. A confirmation message will appear, informing you that your membership will be canceled.
  5. Confirmation: After confirming the cancellation, you will receive a notice that your membership cancellation is pending. Until the specified cancellation date, you will continue to have full access to your membership benefits. Once the cancellation date is reached, your membership will be effectively canceled, and your access will be removed.

Reactivating Your Membership

  5. Confirm Reactivation: After selecting the subscription type, you will be shown the date of the next payment. If you wish to proceed, click on "Reactivate Membership." If you've changed your mind, simply click "Never."

Upgrading Your Membership Instead
